If you read the CB, you know that yesterday the husband and I went to Davenport to check the town out. The thread is here http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1377431 if you'd like to read it. It's about a 30 minute ride from where I am now and, for those of you not familiar with Florida, it boarders Disney World on the north side. Because we were so close, I decided to have lunch at the AKL. My husband has Parkinsons and while he can still walk, he can't walk very far and he always has pain. I have numerous back problems and arthritis so we're quite a pair. In order for us to see the AKL, I had to push him in a wheelchair. Can you see where this is going? Today my left leg, which is being held hostage by sciatica, is so bad I am limping. Think having yours plugged into a wall outlet and you'll get an idea of the way it feels. Constant tingling with muscle spasms thrown in for fun. It makes me want to scream! I don't talk about my back too much. A doctor told me once that the more you talk about pain, the worse it can get and I have to agree. But this is really horrible today. I'll take any aww, poor babies I can get.
