Can I carry a backpack around?

We are going to Universal on WEDNESDAY and wanted to know if we can carry around a backback, and bring it on with you on the rides or do they not let you. At six flags now they won't even let you go in line with your backbpack they make you rent a dollar for $1 every ride. SUCH A RIP

No, you can't bring a backpack on the ride. There are free lockers at the rides. Have fun.

Backpacks can be brought on most rides, just place it by your feet or in the available storage bin.

The following rides REQUIRE you to place your backpack in a FREE locker:
Mummy
Hulk
Dueling Dragons
MiB

There are optional lockers at the water rides ($2/hr). You can take your stuff with you, it just might get wet.
