Can I be apart of DCP if I'm in EMS?

I'm going to community college to become a certified EMT. Can I still apply for DCP?

As long as you are enrolled in an accredited school when you apply, yes, you can still apply. Now, as to the question of whether or not your school would be OK with you missing a semester, well, that's not something we can answer for you.
