Can anyone post a link to a good overview on Magicbands, fastplass+, etc. tips,

Going for a long weekend in early December and haven't really researched what you can and can't do. I've seen some references to being able to do a fastplass+ ride reservation and get key to the kingdom card tickets as well.

I don't have a link to post but My Disney Experience has a good FAQ section. There are a lot of other touring blogs out there too, which I don't really follow, so I can't recommend.
