I am looking for any campground suggestions in the Lancaster, PA area. I appreciate your help.

We like Country Acres campground. Great location. You can use the pool at their hotel which comes in handy in the winter. They have an outside pool on the grounds for the summer.

It depends on what you are looking for! We like this one:

There isn't a pool or activities but we are busy while we are there. It is close to most of the main attractions.
