Yes, there is something fun about seeing HalloWishes on Halloween night!

Do they pipe the music for Hallowishes thru like they do for Wishes?

As the PP said, yes, they do dim the lights and pipe in the music for HalloWishes. It's essentially the same set-up whether it's Wishes or HalloWishes.
