Cafe Orleans- Pomme Frittes

Hey there.

I've seen a recipe floating around online for the Pomme Frittes and Cajun Remoulade from Cafe Orleans, but does anyone have an accurate recipe for the Remoulade... Seems like every time I make it, seems to not taste the same.
Maybe it's just the Disney magic that treats my tastebuds when I'm in the park...?

You might want to post this on the disneyland boards as I believe you are referring to the cafe orleans on the ROA in DL. I haven't heard of a dish like this at WDW. Someone on that board may have a recipe for you!

I've been trying to make this at home too!

I've seen the orginal and it had things in it that I didn't have around the house. This one looks easier to follow and looks like it would be pretty close. I'll have to try it.
