I had a very LONG day today and will prolly be busy all week!! I will be finishing off the Universal report and starting a new TR on the Disney TR as soon as I can !! I have to think of a good title that catches the trip !! Let's see we had 3 non stop talkers , 1 who was not a happy camper and 1 who was as slow as molasses !!! Then we had a wonderful helper , and of course the Drama of Rosie and her Dementia

Yes we are back and already planning for next year at Disney and a first ever to Vegas !!!
I have 1 more trip coming up next week for work !!! Dan and I leave next Thursday for Albany for 2 nights of Self Advocates Conference !! Not as exciting as P&P trips but still fun !!

In her haste to get to Disney, Rosie started off the trip bringing to the airport her KTHH (Key to her Home) &. oops &SO not needed!! People & Places fortunately is used to Rosie and got the keys safely back to Judy &. Flights were uneventful but our ever responsible Rosie left her drivers license at budget & whew & good thing it wasnt a client!! (or Marv!) Budget thankfully it and had it delivered to POP post haste. J Crisis averted! (but not the last we fear!!)

(Marv has been tagging along, but I was saying to Rosie he looks like he needs a refurbishment&Carol agrees, he needs a good scrubbing!)

She was AWESOME!!!!!! Carol and I have asked her to join us next year too !!

Hey, what about me? You didn't let me help out last year when we met even though I was leading your group the whole time..........

Sorry I missed our "annual" meet this October, but I might be willing to do it again next year and help out too...... assuming I get that "refurbishment" between now and then.......

1 of my individuals at the group home, just returned from Texas with P&P and he was on a Safari and stayed in luxury tents !! I couldn't wait to see the pix and promptly copied it and sent in interoffice to Carol , who called and without saying HI said " There's NO way in **** I am staying in ine of those That Gal has no sense of humor No sense of adventure

Christine I did convert Carol to Pole Dancing !!!! She just doesn't want to sleep in a tent even if it is a luxury one , although I have to admit the picture didn't look to luxurious to me

Welcome home Rosie!! Sounds like you had an interesting trip!! I hope you did take good care of "our" Illuminations spot in Japan?

I looked up P&P on the internet and saw that they have so many interesting trips going on! I think you should do the manatees trip they have in Florida or the one to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens Williamsburg. A friend of mine was there recently and said that BGW was a fantastic theme park (with excellent German food by the way). It seems to be a wonderful organisation and they are very lucky to have so many people like you and Carol who are willing to offer their spare time as escorts on these trips. I am sure while you enjoy a free trip, they are also a lot of work for the escorts!!

Wait till I tel P&P their web site is being viewed in GermanyCarol and I were actually looking at the Colonial Williamms burg trip for one year , she went to Busch Gardens this summer and really liked it . Good News Samantha got a job at KNart too !! They will work around her Spirit schedule until that job ends whish is awesome. I guess Steph must be a good worker for them to hire her sister !!

I just finished the prep for the BIG Tea Party we are having with another house, I have 60 sausage rolls , 2 trifles made and the fixings for cuke sandwiches, salmon sandwiches and chicken sandwiches all mixed up and ready to transport to the other house . I have been at it for 2 hours !! Now I deserve a little break

I have to upload from my computor the rest of the Umiversal pix before I start my Disney TR. Still looking for a catchy title . With luck I will finish before it is time to start next years gala vacations , the first of which will be to Universal in April with the family!!!
