I don't get a flu shot anymore. I tried it one year and that was the year I was more sick than any other year.
This year all I have had was some kind of cold, didn't feel good one day (Sunday) so I rested and the next day I was fine. I have had a sore neck since then (4 days).
I have a daycare, so I am exposed to little kids every day M-F.
