We've gotten Bounceback offers the last two years because we've gone during free dining. It's a great savings that we've happily taken advantage of.

This year we're going in July + adding a DCL Dream vacation. We're planning to take advantage of the rebooking savings while on the ship, but we'd really like to get a savings on the hotel portion of next year's trip as well.

what is the likelihood that we'll get a bounceback offer when we're there? Have people who've gone in July been given this opportunity?

JMO but just based on previous years I doubt during your stay in July that you'll get a room discount BB with any dates for next year stays on it

A July BB will probably only go through December 2011 stays - for example, like this BB that was being offered during stays LAST July (2010):
