Booking with DU

I have booked numerous WDW trips using DU, and I have always been assigned a specific agent. I booked my first DCL cruise with them, and I was assigned a "team"--not a specific agent. Is this customary?

That is how ours have always worked.
I think its because the cruises require a whole lot less pre-planning details.
So you don't need one specific agent that helps with dining and schedule planning.
That being said, every time we wrote them with a question about a cruise, the same person always wrote back.

I prefer one main contact at DU and have one who has looked afer everything, I have had the odd 'communication' with the team, its truse on a cruise once booked there is less but often I add pre disney hotel stays etc
