Booking on board

Has anybody else booked for 02/28/2009. I did so on the Magic on the 03/01/2008 cruise and still haven't heard anything from DCL. However my credit card has been charged.
Is this common as I am now wondering what is happening.
Yes I know I can contact DCL but I was just wondering what there procedure is and any past experiences with others.

I am booked for 2/21/2009 thru costco, and haven't recieved anything thru disney. Costco gave me a confirmation number which I go to the website and pull up my ressie. I hope answers your question. Marci

Did you get a confirmation # while on board? If not, call DCL... they can fax you your confirmation. They mail them, but it takes a few weeks.
