does anyone know how we can book a king bed room for three? Our toddler co-sleeps with us and we all share a king size bed. I was told that Disnet couldn't book a king bed room for three people due to fire codes or something.... Thanks for any advice!

How old is your child? If they are age 3 or over Disney won't allow you to book a king room. There is no way around it.

Yes, you can book a king bed room with 2 adults and 1 child under 3. I'm assuming you are booking at a resort with king bed as a bookable category? If not, king bed is simply a request.

You may want to call to book. Sometimes the on line site is glitchy, and won't allow things that it should.

You can book a king room for three at Port Orleans Riverside. The room will have a Murphy bed for the third person. :)

Rough summary:

1. Most king rooms are occupancy 2. You can add a third IF the third is a child under 3, who does not count towards occupancy.

2. There are King rooms at Port Orleans Riverside and at Caribbean Beach Resort that are occupancy 3 that will allow a child OVER 3, because they have a pull-down bed and the king bed in the room. These rooms can also accept a second child under 3 again, because a single child under 3 will not count against occupancy.

3. After that, to get a king and additional sleep surfaces for more than 3, you tend to be looking at 1BR villas, like at Animal Kingdom Villas.
