Now I have a question. Does anyone else remember when Nick made a deal to buy Forrester. There was a secret man on the other end of the phone line who we never saw. He made the deal with him and it was like he was making a deal with the devil and this guy said someday he'd want pay back from Nick? Anyone remember that? Anyway, it seems it's another dropped story.

Also wasn't massimo mad at Nick near the end of his time on the show? I don't remember why/how he left either. I know it was to go on another show though.

Justin puts Donna on the spot as he continues to press her on if he is Marcus' biological father. The staff at Jackie M celebrates a new milestone reached in the company and Stephanie's part in it. Following the festivities, Stephanie has a frightening experience which causes her to become concerned about her health. Brooke and Ridge exchange information about their families.

While Katie's family do all they can to try to persuade her not to side with Bill about taking over Forrester, she insists his intentions are good.

Eric makes great sacrifices to raise the money needed to erase the company's debt.

Eric, Donna, Brooke and Ridge are furious at Bill for his attempt at a hostile takeover and vow to take him down. The Forresters are stunned when Bill makes a startling announcement about their future with the company. Katie surprises her family when she announces she's made a life-altering decision. After eavesdropping on Owen and Steffy's private conversation, and realizing there is a strong connection brewing, Jackie lays in wait for her young competition. Once again, Jackie warns Steffy to stay away from her husband.

Bill is taking over FC. Katie (will be the new CEO if he takes it over) is in charge of telling the Forrestor's. They did not get the payment in on time - he could have forgot about it or he could take the company. He decides the take-over. Katie stand up for Bill (saving the company) and she's agreeing to his offer (to be CEO). Ridge thinks Katie is being ungrateful and fires her. Brooke talks to Katie and argue that Bill is using her to get what he wants. Heather Tom disclose that Katie is still feeling out Bill to see how sincere he is and mention that the ILY was a slip of the tongue. Katie returns to Bill who tells her he bought the Forrester beach house, she is thinking he's messing with them- he insists that he's just helping them pay off their debt. He asks Katie to move in with him.
