Normally it seems that the reservations are opening up approximately a month before. Mid-February we were expecting March to open up and lo and behold they opened March and April.
Just an FYI the FP+ for BOG is not associated with MDE there is a separate website you have to go to, so it will never show as a FP+ option on MDE if that is what you are waiting for.
