Ok, over several years I have lost quite a bit of weight. My size has dropped down to what I am (very temporarily) happy with at last! I finally fit into a size 4!!!! I am VERY short, so really a size 4 is much bigger than I should be - but at least it sounds good My problem is, I can't tell what makes me look big & what does not & I can't really SEE how I look! I know by the charts, I am at the tip top of the "normal" range for my height. I know I need to lose about 25 more lbs to be closer to the bottom 1/3 of normal. I KNOW I am still way too heavy! Does anyone else have a problem really SEEING themselves? I look in the mirror & think I look at a picture & think Any suggestions on how to accurately "see" myself?
