Boardwalk Bakery or Beach Club Market lunch items - purchase at breakfast?

we are headed to BW at the end of next week and I'm still contemplating QSDP. On the first full day, we are actually leaving WDW for the day to look at area colleges for DS. Does anyone know if I can use my credits for a "to go" lunch at breakfast time...packaged salads or sandwiches, bottled drinks, etc? I may also need to do the same on the second day as DS is going to visit friends near Vero and I am driving hom there (DH and DD will be hitting the parks). I am thing that the snack credits will be great to use for F&W goodies...just trying to make sure the plan pays for itself...

Any thoughts would be appreciated!!

I can't answer for BB but I know the sandwiches at Marketplace are not available until almost 11:00

The Boardwalk Bakery is awesome! Everythinhg there is delicious and priced pretty reasonably. They also have some great sandwhiches!
