Board rule queation reharding purchases

    We bought direct and had a horrible follow up problem with our sales guide. Can i post our story as a beware with his name here?

    It would be inappropriate to state his name and it would be removed.

    However if you wish to share your story without naming him, then I guess we might be able to comment as to whether it was his fault or a newbie learning experience as that does happen.

    First thing you might want to do is correct your title.

    As others have said, we do not allow negative posts about specific CMs and guides, as there are two sides to every story.

    You may post your story, if you wish, without reference to the specific guide or CM.

    We also don't allow praise posts to name a specific CM or guide if they broke standard Disney procedure to make a guest happy, as others would then expect the same service...which Disney may not allow a CM or guide to do, except under the most extreme circumstances.
