I can't say for sure about September.
We tried to book a Studio standard view around 10 months out for Oct 7-10, but one night was unavailable. The CM said standard view are the ones that typically are gone first, with MK view not far behind.
I suspect September will be easier than October since F&W starts late this year.
Also, as others have said there will likely be another declaration or two before then so a waitlist may come through.
NOTE: If you get BLT and decide you want to watch the fireworks from TOTWL one night, I suggest going up on a MNSSHP nights. If it's anything like MVMCP, the fireworks were better on special event nights than regular Wishes.
Depends entirely on sales. Units have to be "declared into the condominium" before points can be sold. The developer wants to declare enough so that sales are not held up waiting on the declaration paperwork, but since the revenue from renting the unsold rooms goes to the Developer's bottom line, they don't want to declare too much ahead of sales.Dang, stupid question, but they don't declare rooms often? We have been on the waitlist for an MK view since the 7-month mark and now that we are only 4 months out and still on the waitlist, I'm starting to get worried.......
