We have been Netflix users for two years, for the same reason as many of you. From 2000-2007, we rented one or two movies per week at our local BB, but half the time we would get random late charges, missing charges, etc.... this was just complete garbage as I always returned the movies one or two days before the actual due date. I called and complained MANY times, but only twice did I get the charges knocked off our bill. Netflix is SOOOOOO much better! I love not having due dates, so I can watch a few movies over the weekend and put them in the mail on Monday morning.
