Blockbuster lost my movie...

We have been Netflix users for two years, for the same reason as many of you. From 2000-2007, we rented one or two movies per week at our local BB, but half the time we would get random late charges, missing charges, etc.... this was just complete garbage as I always returned the movies one or two days before the actual due date. I called and complained MANY times, but only twice did I get the charges knocked off our bill. Netflix is SOOOOOO much better! I love not having due dates, so I can watch a few movies over the weekend and put them in the mail on Monday morning.

Yep! Happened to us as well. My husband was mad at me for BB's mistake. He took my card, went to BB, paid them their fee, then he gave them my cut up card and told them to close our account.

Needless to say, we don't rent from them. Now we use pay per veiw.
