Does anyone know why the water parks are opening at 10:00 AM instead of 9:00 AM this summer?

I don't know the why, just that the reduction in hours was posted a here a while ago.

Blizzard Beach hours are 10-7 this week, while Typhoon Lagoon remains 9-5
