Blackout passes for AP

Are blackout passes for Deluxe AP one day or are they parkhopper passes?

I believe they're one-day hoppers, since your AP allows you to hop normally.

They are hoppers. We got one last year.

It is $30 per day for both adults and children. It also does not include parking. I have seen the CMs at the parking lot not allow people park on a blockout day. May just depend on the CM. It is good for both parks. When you buy them it sounds like they print your name on the ticket and you must have your ticket and your ap to enter the park. You can use this ticket to upgrade your ap and be credited the amount paid, however you can only upgrade the ap whose name is on the ticket and only on the day the ticket is purchased.
