Biergarten for party of Nine

We have reservations for 9 at Biergarten, 5 adults and 4 kids (one 10yr and three 12yrs) Knowing that the tables are set up for 8 how will the restaurant handle this? Will they most likely split us up or will it be possible to put another chair at the end of the table? Thanks in advance!!

We had a party of 10 there last year and we were all seated at one big table for 10. We were told when we made the ADR that the tables were for 8, but they put us all together at a table for 10. We are having Christmas dinner there this year at a table for 10 as well.

We have 9 also in our party and was told that we would all be at the same table since we had 3 kids under 4 in our party. Maybe be tight?

As I think back, last time we went (May 2008) we sat at table with a total of 9 (one in a highchair) and didn't feel cramped.
