Best Way to See the "Welcome to Alaska" Sign?

We leave next week (yay!) and I remember a long time ago seeing people talking about getting pictures in front of the sign. What's the best way to see it?

I booked a bus and train tour with Chilkoot charters and it was the same price as the DCL White pass train only, this tour had a direct stop there, and when we got there we were the only people there so got a clear shot of it.

If you do the White Pass with Disney with the bus return, you will stop there to take photos.
