best value resort for 4

we've never stayed at a value resort. what are the favorites and why? where do you stay for shortest commute to parks. within the value resports do yoiu have favorite buildings or floors? any and all feedback welcome.

We stayed at Pop Century twice at the recommendation of friends and our TA. The big reason was they don't share buses with other resorts! Every 10 min the buses roll through and go straight to the parks. It was very clean both times, cleaner than the mod we stayed at twice (POR).

We are POP lovers. We have also stayed at All Star Sports, and like it, as well. POP is a fun resort and the food court is fantastic. As for specific buildings, we go with standard rooms in the 90's section. Specifically building 9. It is a very short walk to the bus stops by cutting through the parking lot. As mentioned, POP does not share busses. The All-Stars will share during nonpeak times, but All Star Sports is the first on first off, so it is a decent place to stay, as well. We have spent the last 5 years at POP, and plan to spend our October stay at POP this year, too.

Without question...All Star music. Best value resort disney has.....but alot folks dont hear much about it.
