best time to return rental car at PC on embark day?

We will be staying in Orlando the night before our cruise and I'm wondering if there is a typically less busy time to return our rental car in Port Canaveral and take their shuttle to the ship (we're renting from Budget). We have an early assigned boarding time but may come later if it means less of a crowd at Budget. Our cruise sets sail on a Saturday.
