In Frontierland near Pecos Bill Cafe, it is towards the end of the parade route and many people, especially those with small children will stay closer to Main Street USA to get out of the park quicker. Frontierland is generally emptier and easy to get a good spot in the front
We like to go right in front of Tony's Town Square on Main Street because it's easy to get out quick after the parade ends. Though, we often like to just relax in a rocking chair on the porch of the restaurant and watch people leave until the park is nearly empty. When we are almost the last people there, we snap a few amazing pics of the castle and leave. I dont really like to watch it over by Splash Mountain.
Twice we've stood on the corner of Main Street by the Ice Cream Parlor, right were the cross-walk is. About a half hour before the parade starts they put up the ropes there, so your boxed in and you'll have a great view of the parade.
i agree with Melissa.. the parade starts right up in time square by the barbor shop... when your walking into the MK go to the left in the corner you will see the barn and the barbor shop.. that was my favorite spot right there cuz all the floats make a complete circle around you when they come out
We always sit on Main St. We get there about 45 minutes early, stake out our spots and than I take DS with me to Casey's. The hot dog and fries keep them occupied waiting for the parade to start and we get a great spot.
We always sit to the right of the castle(facing the front of the castle) on the circular drive, close to the bridge to tomorrowland. It's a great spot to see tinkerbell fly out of the castle and into tomorrowland to start the fireworks after the parade.
