Best place to rent sea racyers

To follow up...my girlfriend and I are doing Universal, but taking a day to explore the different Disney resorts. I want to rent a boat. Do you have to be staying there to rent a boat?

If you rent SeaRaycers or other rental boats on Seven Seas Lagoon and/or Bay Lake, Please stay well away from the larger WDW Watercraft (launches, cruisers and ferry boats) operating on these 2 lakes. WDW Watercraft pilots have no resevations about reporting those operating SeaRaycers/rental boats unsafely to Lake Patrol who will then take appropriate action to include terminating the unsafe operator's rental boat/SeaRaycer experience.
