some time ago there was a post with a link to an online site with a god euro rate along with quick delivery. Does anyone know the name of this site or recommend a good for offering best rates

The post office site is pretty good if you need enough Euros.

You get the benefit of internet ordering (good rate and ease of ordering) with the security of picking the currency up from an actual post office rather than trusting it to not get lost on its way to your house.

In case anyone from the U.S. reads this, I have ordered mine from Bank of America online before and they deliver up to $1,000 worth to your front door via Fedex, which was pretty nice.
