Best Hot Chocolate

Ghiradelli salted caramel hot chocolate is AMAZING. My hubby for the "worlds best hot chocolate " as part of his chefs counter last year at Napa Rose and that is divine.

If it's during the holidays the gingerbread cookie area in the GCH lobby has wonderful "real" hot chocolate too- most in the parks are water with some powder thrown in

I've heard both the Napa Rose (including the lounge if you're not eating there with reservations) and the Hearthstone lounge in GCH both have delicious hot cocoa.

Also, I think it's the carnation cafe in DL that has cinnamon hot cocoa. yum!

I just had the pumpkin hot chocolate from the GCH lobby and it was amazing! Plus if you'd like to add a touch of magic they have rumchata which makes it even better!!!!

Napa Rose was amazing but the hot chocolate in the GCH lobby was almost as good and nowhere near as expensive!!!

I had three hot chocolates in one day on a cold day a couple Decembers ago, and Ghirardelli wins, hands down.

I will say the regular in-park hot chocolate is better than what La Brea serves.

I agree Hearthstone Lounge in DCA has great hot chocolate. I like to order a coffee and a hot chocolate and mix them for a "mocha". Delicious!

NOT at Jolly Holiday. I was looking for something warm to sip waiting for the late PTN on a cold night last May and that is officially the worst hot chocolate I have ever tasted. Starbucks is always the best safe bet if your looking for something fast in the parks, lesson learned!

I agree about Jolly Holiday! What a disappointment!

I love the Abuelita hot cocoa offered at Jolly Holiday ~ it's spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg, and not too rich.

Just curious, how long ago did you get it there? It was taken off the menu when the parks switched from Nestle to Joffrey, but that would be cool if they've since put it back.

I believe I last had it in June... I'm so sad that it's no longer there. :(
