Belt Buckles at Epcot

An associate mentioned to me at work today that there was a shop in Epcot with "every kind of belt buckle you could want". Does such a place exist?

I go to EPCOT very often but I don't know where that place could be...

At DTD there is a small kiosk that does have a lot of belt buckles, belts, etc... But I too would like to know where in EPCOT your friend found that stuff.

Don't know it but I'm going to be emailing my brother and his wife later and I'll ask them as she works in some of the gift shops in Future World so she'd probably know.
