Anyone know of an opening day for the Beauty and the Beast resturant or when ADR's can start to be made?

all of the blogs I read are saying August for ADR's and opening around the "Holidays".

disney announced the other day adrs would hopefully open in August. they havent expanded on the 'holidays' opening date yet
