BCV or Yacht Club 1st week of March?

We are a group of 5 adults and two children DS3 and DS1 staying in two rooms the 1st week of March 2016. We are current booked at BCV in two studios, but can switch to Yacht Club two standard view rooms for the same price. It seems like the Yacht club is going to start renovation in the Fall of 2015 and BCV has not estimated the start date of the renovation. We really don't want to be in construction noise but the Yacht club looks so much nicer/up to date. Where would you pick?

Both may very well still be a construction zone in March. I think BCV is suppose to start reno in March but no one really knows at this point.

I would pick the YC because the room would be much nicer than a studio.

We were at BCV in March, and the villas are really looking worn. I'd pick YC.
