BC rehab (not Villas) finished?

Can anyone tell me if the regular hotel rooms are finished being rehabbed? I read that the fourth floor is (almost) done,and they are moving down to the third floor. Are they rehabbing the rooms from the top floor down, ...so the second floor hasn't been started yet?
Is anyone staying there now, or recently returned? I'm due there in a couple weeks and am concerned about the noise/route closures?

Thanks dansdad. I looked there yesterday and couldn't find anything specific, but after reading your post, I looked again, and someone is there now! I posted my questions there and hope to get a reply.
