I have a December use year at BWV. Following me trip in March I will have 31pts left in my account. Since I have no other trip plans I will bank them during May. If I later decide to schedule a trip for October I know that I can not bring these points back into this use year.

Could I borrow from my 2002 pts for this trip even though I have banked some 2001 pts.? The effect would be the same. <IMG SRC="/infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif" alt="confused">

Yes, with a correction. What you have now is the 2000 year points as they were issued in December. What you will get in Dec 2001 is your 2001 year points (it is just a matter of nomenclature).

You could borrow points from December 2001, but you have to be careful. Once you borrow them, they would have to be used by November 30, 2001, you can't change your plans and move them back.

Just remember, you have until the end of Sept to bank up to 25% of your points. Even with the minimun of 150 points, your 31 points will be within the allowable range. (25% of 150 = 37.5)
So you don't need to bank them until then.
