I don't know if this is the right place to ask these questions, but I'm hopeful that some of you wonderful DIS chefs can maybe point me in the right direction. My neighbors are constantly hitting me up to make their Christmas cookies and sweet breads for them during the holiday season. Is there a way to find out what I would need to do to make this a home based business? Is that even legal? What kinds of things do I need to think about here? Food handlers permit? Any other kinds of permits? Is it too much trouble to even contemplate? Thanks for any input.
