Has anyone had Baked Alaska anywhere in Disney World? I have always wanted to try this and I figure, out of all the restaurants in Disney someone has to sell it... I hope!
My mom makes it every now and then. You take a very frozen block of ice cream (she uses vanilla) and cover it with an egg white merangue. Then you pop it in teh oven for a few minutes. It browns the merangue without melting the ice cream if you do it right.
