Automated payment number???

i was looking back at some old posts for anything about different options for making payments toward my Disneyland vacation I booked through Disneyland.com, because their payment page SUCKS. I read that some people called a number that was all automated and didn't need to wait an hour to talk to a cast member or have hour long phone calls to make a payment. Has anyone done this? Is their such a number in existence??? Please tell me there is!!!

I can't speak for DL but with WDW I just called main number and did things thru auto system never spoke w cm
