Autograph books in Epcot?

Where can we buy disney autograph books in Epcot? After we arrive, we plan
to head to Epcot, but need to get an autograph book..... for our character meal.

Just about any store / cart will have them. Usually up by the registers.

Alternatively, you can order them at disneystore.com and take advantage of their free shipping of park gear. I had mine delivered right to the hotel so we have a care package waiting for us.
