walking to ala moana from the outrigger with a wheel chair might be ok going there...but if you plan on buying anything...the walk back...not so much.
the mall itself has 4 different floors so be sure to check the maps for where the elevators are and which one to take to get where.
the trolleys and shuttles might not be all that great with a wheelchair either...so a cab would likely be the best choice (probably good to ask for a larger vehicle when calling the cab company due to the wheelchair.)
