ASMo: Thumbs Down, CSR: Thumbs Up

We're booked to stay in CSR in March next year and after reading all the reports we think it will be perfect for our 13 and 8 year old. We can't wait.
We havent requested a room as we can't decide.

Here are some good room choices...

Cabana 9b is close to bus stop 1 and the main building with a short walk to the Dig Site (main pool) over the wooden bridge. Most convenient location and most preferred.

Cabana 8a is close to the Dig Site (and playground) and bus stop 4 with a short walk to the main building. (Closest to the Pool)

Cabana 8b and 9a are in between the 2 above. 9a has a quiet pool and is also a smoking optional building.

Ranchos 7b has a quiet pool, is close to the Dig Site and bus stop 4 with a bit longer walk to the main building. 7b is behind cabana 8a.

Casita 3 has great courtyard and fountain views but you will have to walk or ride the internal shuttle to get to the pool.

Casita 5 has some nice fountain and lake views and is close to the Dig Site but farther from the main building.

thanks for the review. that really stinks that you had a bad experience. we stayed at ASMo for half of our trip last spring, the other half at AKL. Obviously AKL was much nicer but we still had a good time at ASMo. It was very cutely themed...however we had rented a car and didn't use the bus service once. We really aren't into public transportation because that's what we have to take to get to everything where we live (manhattan commuters). Hopefully they'll do something to aid this problem!

Sounds like my ASMo experience . . . other than the busses (and the food court if you got there after 7 AM) that resort was fine . . . clean, quiet, and gorgeous theming. Those busses though were enough to convince me never to want to go back there again by choice. CSR would have been my mod choice this trip but it was *sobs* sold out. Oh well, I'm sure we'll love POR.
