On our Nov 03 cruise, our ship was about 300 people shy of being full, according to our server. Does anyone know if the ships are usually to capacity in January?

Our January 10 Eastern cruise was full but you didn't really feel crowded.

We were on the January 15 Wonder and they said the ship was not near full. Not sure how many people they meant but it really did not seem crowded.

we went in jan of 03 and we were 200 ppl shy of being full. Even if there were the 200 extra people you would never notice.. the ship is so big lol.

You would think DCL would offer better last minute sales to fill some of these cabins! A quick weekend away from these bone-chilling temperatures would be great.

The cruises are not usually full in January. DCL frequently offers some steep discounts then to get more passengers on board.

I went on the 3 day on Jan 8th. They did offer a good last minute rate (I booked about 3 weeks before). The ship stateooms were full, but there were lots of empty seats at dinner. This was because the ship had a lot of couples & not families (or groups of 3-4), hence the rooms were taken, but not to capacity. So there was no real switching around or upgrades to be had.
