Apple Pie Caramel Apples

Ok, I think I may have to put in some extra miles on the treadmill to be able eat Tigger Tails, Apple Pie Caramel Apples, and the loads of candy from MTOTP!!

Thanks for the picture!

Mmmm, food porn.... :lmao:

I have to remember to take pictures of my meals next week so I can pay it forward for all the food porn I've drooled over on the dining review thread!

Food porn!!! LMAO!!! too funny!!

They have ALWAYS cut ours for us, every single time. Even if there is a line. The cashiers don't cut them, they take them to the little candy room and the candy maker cuts them for you. The only one they won't cut is the Hunny Pot candy apple, because it's just way too messy and all the "hunny" inside just pours out. :)

I have not sampled this particular caramel apple. It does sound quiet tasty!
On my last (but hopefully not final) trip, I purchased a chocolate caramel apple, at Marcelines Confectionery, which is in Down Town Disney. It was simply delish! I saved it for home, which was not easy, every day, there was this little apple voice, and foodie voice, as well, stating, eat me! you know you want to, why wait until later? Ah, I actually showed will power, and did not eat it, until some days later, at home. :)

(Once again, clears throat) Forgive me, anyone, that may find themselves, becoming lost, dazed or otherwise confused, by my tendency towards run on sentences. I beg the forgiveness of all, who may be the unwitting victims of such a terrible, and most egregious, punctuation crime!
See, this message, is a result, of someone having posted on another thread, regarding the travesty, that I apparently, and most inadvertently, seized upon their person, by committing, a grammatical crime. Tisk, tisk, I hope that there is not a fine, for such controversy, for I rather like my run on sentences. Also, I do like to use words, that might make it necessary for some to look them up in the dictionary, not out of haughtiness, but rather, for the sheer pleasure that I take in stating what I consider good, and most appropriate as well. I am so sorry for that too! but tough! I like my dictionary, and love spell check, so you see, I am not all that bad! (so I like to think, anyway!)

:scared: Oh my goodness... ive never seen these there :worship: I thank you for mentioning this because now I have something new to try when I get to the park. I am very excited now.

Here is a picture. I know someone already posted one, but here is another

Who needs dining reservations when you could snack your way thru DL with food like this?:cool1: :thumbsup2

I'm with ya on that one! Between my Apple Pie apple, a churro, a dole whip and a honey pot rice krispie treat, I don't need a meal!!!

1 week from today and I get my apple!!!!

Not only did that photo make me want an Apple Pie Caramel apple, it made me drool over the Honey Pot apple too! I have even rationalized getting both. I figure I would be the best mommy in the world, if I purchased the Hunny Pot Apple for my kids. Obviously, I won't be deemed this by any nutrionists, but what the heck! :cool1:

Wait a minute, back up the boat folks...

WHAT IS A HONEY POT APPLE??????

Go back to the last picture that was posted, you can see the Hunny Pot apple there, they look good but so messy!!

I have not tried the honey pot apple yet either, it most definitely sounds messy ;) So you get some honey on your mouth, and hands, and... and..., then you can save it for later on, when you wish to have a snack. Of course, in the meantime, there may very well be some flies, that would like to make you their snack too! ;) :)

All I know is that after seeing those pictures, I am getting SOME kind of caramel apple when I'm at DLR in December!! :cloud9:

Man, I bet the December one will be amazing....they do an apple of the month thing too. Something different every month. I never got one though, I was too into my Apple Pie apples. LOL

The way I see it... apples are REALLY good for you, so really you SHOULD eat at least ONE apple whilst at the park. Also, I have heard recently that to avoid allergies, you should eat some of the local honey, as it is made from the local pollen, thus gives you some immunity against allergies. So... with that thinking, then apples AND honey would be just about a MUST while I am there.

Oh... and the apple pie one... well, I am working on justifying that one as well. Just give me time.

I am SO looking forward to trying at least one of these during our January holiday. I may need to do a lot of extra walking before, during and after our time in DL, but that is fine with me.

Zelma

You can do all your walking WHILE eating the apple. It's on a stick... so its portable! :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:
