I've never done anything beyond farming, but my dream growing up was to learn to fly and become an airline pilot. I'd never pass the medical required so it would never happen now but I think it would be a dream if I could have only achieved it. I agree also that anyone in the medical field I respect and admire because I could never do it.

Do you mean like what jobs do I think are the most under appreciated or a job I would love to have?

Because my current and past profession are.probably 2 of, if not the top two, most under appreciated jobs in the world...

School bus driver (past) and semi-truck driver (current)

As far as my dream job, it was either herpetologists or bridge architect
