Just signed a contract this morning! OKW, 60 points, April UY, all pts coming in 08 and 09. We're not DVC members yet. 77.50 per point, Seller pays 4 months of dues, buyer pays 8 months of dues. Buyer pays closing. Offer made and accepted yesterday (3/14). Wish us luck - I think we're right on the cusp. We'll keep everyone posted.
