I just hung up with IT. I explained to him how all of my fp+ reservations weren't showing, how some of them only showed 1 person instead of all of us, and some were split. I also explained that I had tried to modify, cancel, rebook, etc. He asked to access my MDE. Once he got in and tried to help me and book them himself, he put me on hold. I was on hold for about 10 minutes. He came back to the phone and told me that he had spoken to his supervisor/specialist and was told that they are having difficulties with their system. (Nah, really??? ) He said that my fp+ selections should automatically load when the system is fixed. So basically it should fix itself and show correctly eventually. He told me that if it is not showing correctly in about 5 days that I should call back.
