Anyone eaten the white truffle at V&A lately?

I am wondering if anyone has eaten at Victoria & Albert's during the current seasonal menu. At the top of the sample menu it shows The White Truffle. I am obsessed with truffles! How is the truffle incorporated? Do they shave it over your meal as the courses progress or is it just for a particular course? I just made a reservation for Monday night for my fiance and I. Very excited!

We had the truffles two years ago, so I don't know if anything has changed. It's served on a small plate, shaved very thin. You just add some to whichever course(s) you choose.
