Anyone confirm stroller $ increase today?

I think that today was supposed to be the first day for the price increase for the strollers....can anyone that was at WDW today confirm it?? I checked the Disney website and they are still listed at $10 for single and $18 for double...Thanks!

My neighbor just got back and YES the increase is in full force. And people were NOT happy.
