Any "not to miss" restaurants for the holidays?

We are thinking about a quick trip down for the holidays, and just want to do the "holiday" themed things you can't do at other times! Do any of the resaurants decorate for the holidays? Any characters at character meals dress up in holiday attire? Do you have any that you feel are "not to miss" for the holidays? TIA!

The Wilderness Lodge is so beautifully decorated at xmas...you should at least swing by there to check it out.
