Any great drinks on board...gotta use that $50 credit!

My personal favorite is the "Bon Voyage," which is half frozen strawberry daiquiri and half pina colada poured into the same cup. Not exactly the manliest of drinks, but I find that if I drink a lot of them, I don't really care what people think.

Seriously, I probably drink about 20 of them over the course of a week on board and on Castaway Cay. :rolleyes1

Now that looks AMAZING if your on the beach ones on me for this post thanks so much ;)

There is also the yummy Konk Kooler, which is light rum, dark rum, orange juice, passionfruit juice, and cream of coconut. You can either have it on the rocks or blended with ice to make it slushy. (I prefer slushy.)

Meridian has a really nice Creme Brullee martini! :)

If you're on the Fantasy, Sammy makes the most delicious fresh fruit margaritas!

That sounds so fancy @Dug720. Dug us as New Yorkers need to have a drink if we get on the cruise together - I see you run the marathons I gotta get into that.

Totally! :) It's more of a dessert beverage, but it is yummy!!

I'm done with fulls...sticking with half marathons and below now. :) But I'm cheering with my running club at Mile 24 of the NYC Marathon from start to finish!

If you want something non alcoholic, the CC bar has delicious smoothies. Last time I went I was pregnant so it's been a while since I've had a real drink on the cruise. But the smoothies can have alcohol and you can pay a little extra for a coconut souvenir mug. :)

have a drink with me will you???

What's the best DCL drink to relax by the pool and enjoy?

Yes, I agree with PP that $50 won't go very far. It would cover a bottle of wine with dinner, or the martini Passport in the Skyline on the Fantasy, which I highly recommend. :)

Isn't that also called the "Miami Vice"?

I'm on the same boat as you are......I don't like the taste of hard liquor....so I just stick with the sweet alcohol drinks.....mainly the "fru fru" drinks that clearly are not "manly". But I don't care.....I only drink when I go to a casino or on a cruise.....so I'm drinking whatever I want.

Anyone have any suggestions for any strong but REALLY sweet cocktails?

We're heading to the Disney Dream.....but I assume that the drinks are pretty much the same.

i would recommend doing a beverage tasting if you are looking to get the best bang for your buck. Pick one that is most in line with what you like to drink and enjoy!

Does the Dream have a passport as well?

The Konk cooler is excellent. Theres also a banana drink, I can't remember what its called but it was so good.
Look for those two, you won't go wrong.
